Long Term Vision
Woodland will be established
with mixed species, appropriate
to the local site conditions, to
incorporate and enhance the
existing habitat and natural
features within the landscape
and complement the local
designations.
There will ultimately be a range
of age classes, including veteran
trees, and natural regeneration
of desirable species will have
established across the site to
complement the woodland
structure and biodiversity.
There will be an improvement in
the local flora and fauna diversity
associated with woodland and
non-woodland habitats with
resultant linkage and wildlife
corridor development.
The project will provide
multiple benefits to
habitat creation, visitor
enjoyment, the local
community and economy
